Orders over $100 (excluding taxes + after discounts are applied) always ship for free—no promotion code needed. Free shipping is calculated by the initial cost of your order, excluding sales tax and after discounts are applied. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States. For orders totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge.
RefineMyStyle ships within the Continental U.S only. At this time RefineMyStyle does not include International shipping. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address. We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business days, but please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Although we ask to allow 1-2 weeks delivery, we do not guarantee that your products will arrive in that time frame (although 99% of our orders do). RefineMyStyle does not ship partial orders! If there is a significant delay with your order it is due to being out of stock and back ordered from the manufacturer, which of course we have no control over.
Please Note: RefineMyStyle will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure products purchased are sent to a secure location like home or work place where someone is there to accept the package.
How do I return an item?
Returns at RefineMyStyle are easy. Please follow these simple steps:
1. Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice in your return package.
3. Mail the original packaging back to the warehouse address found on the shipping box using a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx,DHL).
4. Open a customer service ticket to notify RefineMyStyle of the return and provide the return tracking number to ensure a faster refund.
Please Note: RefineMyStyle does not accept returns shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS). Please save the shipping receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction with our salon quality products is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened or used products will not be refunded.
We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your credit card company will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
